Philippine Reproductive Health Bill proposed by Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago also known as Act # 4244 or Promoting Family Planning to every family. Also Representative of Albay Cong. Edcel Lagman proposed a two child policy. The main concern of RH Bill are the mother and child's health. Since it is very risky on the part of every woman giving birth as in two gallons of blood as well the veins of a woman will be damage during giving birth. Also the fetus might be also malnourished (poor families) rather will have a stillbirths on the part of the woman.Senator Miriam said " It is really difficult if after death there is no sex". Therefore, the senator in her statement is a pro life. RH Bill is promoting good and happy life. I am approved on RH Bill since it is concern of the health of every woman and child. Also concern about the living condition of every Filipino families. Every Filipino family should meet the five basic needs that's Food, Shelter, Clothing, Hospitalization and Education in order to have a happy family life of every concern child. If we love our family let us have a Family Planning and not Family Planting! God bless us all...
